Corruption must increase. When the police will take more money from citizens then only citizens will start following the rules.Corruption should be legal if it brings positive result.CCTV cameras must be kept so that no one throws garbage on road.They must be taught the importance of proper disposal of garbage and that can only be made learn when the garbage is thrown in their houses. Road cleaning programmed has not helped people to change. Strict rules must be implemented as well as executed.

For water purification, Thettran kottai(Tamil word) in English it is known as Clearing Nut can be used. One nut can purify 40 to 50 litres of water. This can be made as a paste and mixed in water to purify it. We shall use to purify our rivers. Initially certain amount of water shall be tested in the lab using this to purify water, then we shall mix this paste in all rivers to purify it. On the other hand agricultural produce of this nuts will increase thereby benefiting lot of farmers

Mr PM, please talk about corruption and way to reduce it. I have a doubt that any political parties want to reduce it. It seem without it India cannot become develop nation. If yes, then accept it and concentrate on other topics. If no, then implement ways to reduce it, specially at TOP level. If boss is not corrupt, others will automatically change.
