Sir, You always about youth involvement.But where are any youths in the actual engagement. The same old bureaucracy continues. Let them be given certain motivation. You need to identify youths who are working but not visible. For eg in chattisgarh they have started a Chief minister good governance fellowship. Let youth come change the system. There was this PMRDF also but nobody knows where are they after so much experience. Engage them at the higher levels then only youth will come and work

Thus when a person comes to the immigration booth the immigration officer request the person to wash his/her hand, before handing over the passport/documents. Same way we should try and use this practice at all ports and land/road international borders/security check post to eliminate/reduce viral diseases.

Doubling farmers income is an excellent idea. It can be achieved if we can increase the holding capacity of small and marginal farmers to avoid distress sale after harvest. We should create warehouses and the financial institution should provide soft loans to farmers against their produce which is stored in warehouses. The produce should be guarantee for the loan which could be 50% of the MSP. This would give power to the poor farmers and he can sale his produce after market has stabilized.
