Sir, Recently, I come from Delhi to Guwahati by train. I saw passengers throwing leftover foods from the train windows along with plastic bags. Outside cows are eating the food stuff along the plastic bags. To save the cows and also to clean environment, the railway authorities can keep Dustins in every compartment which can be taken away for recycling. According to me some social cause or other should go hand in hand with each and every happy celebration like marriage celebration or a birthday party. By conducting a blood donation or stem cell donation drive during family functions we dont have to spend on publicity because already people have gathered under one platform and hence it is easy to convince people especially when there are celebrations and everyone is in happy mood.If you appeal people will come forward for this cause.

On 2nd oct it's request to the government as well as private officials/CEO's to keep half work day and contribute half day to clean INDIA and block resident welfare assiciation also participate in the programmee.
