Government R&D setups not effective because no well defined, time bound target and dumping nonperforming staff.Strong need to consolidate resources and put strict quality, work ethics & targets and join these independent setups to reap advantages for nation. Respected PM Sir, My name is Gaurav Sharma and I work for India's Top 3 IT company based here in US since 2008. We all have been talking about power of "Made In India" for a while Sir, my suggestion is that for last 2 decades India has emerged as a Global Talent Pool for developing/manufacturing software for fortune 500 companies globally but we never mention "Made in India" anywhere. Can we please mandate India based IT companies to label all offshore based software development as Made in India
