Hi PM sir, In line with my another comment, can we bring in reform in parliament functioning, annually, where each MP PRESENTS WHAT HAS BEEN ACHIEVED in 1 YEAR OF TENURE AND HOW ITS INLINE WITH HIS /HIS PARTY MANIFESTO.Each MP may be give 3 min for this(strict timeline).This small step will most certainly take INDIA beyond 21st century... Hello, honourable prime minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji. On a behalf of Uttarakhand's every people(especially rural people) want to share a note on a very serious and sensitive topic i.e mass migration of people from the village to cities. I know many schemes have been launched but there were no fruitful results. The only solution left is whether the central government provide a special package for Uttarakhand or make a separate ministry at central level for mitigating the migration.
