MyGov Talk with Hon. Minister Shri Prakash Javadekar on Climate Change

In the run-up to COP (Conference of Parties) 21 scheduled in Paris from 30th November to 11th December 2015, MyGov and the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change are pleased to announce a MyGov Talk with the Honourable Minister, Shri Prakash Javadekar on the 26th October 2015 at 5.00PM in collaboration with Google India.

With India's Intended Nationally Determined Contribution (INDC), the country is keen to attempt to work towards a low carbon emission pathway, while simultaneously endeavouring to meet all the developmental challenges that the country faces today. The INDC aims at promoting clean energy, especially renewable energy, enhancement of energy efficiency, development of less carbon intensive and resilient urban centres, promotion of waste to wealth, safe, smart and sustainable green transportation network, abatement of pollution and India’s efforts to enhance carbon sink through creation of forest and tree cover.

Citizens are invited to share their ideas, questions and inputs on India's role in COP21 and on the following proposals laid down by INDC:

• Sustainable Lifestyles
• Cleaner Economic Development
• Reduce Emission intensity of Gross Domestic Product (GDP)
• Increase the Share of Non Fossil Fuel Based Electricity
• Enhancing Carbon Sink (Forests)
• Adaptation
• Mobilizing Finance
• Technology Transfer and Capacity Building

Selected ideas and names would also be mentioned by the Hon. Minister and other experts during the MyGov Talk.
Contributors from MyGov, Climate Change Experts, senior journalists and social media influencers will join the panel discussion with Shri Prakash Javadekar.

Sir, Due to number of forests acts have created problems & s Eco-sensitive zones notifications around many Tiger Reserves & National Parks.have not been issued. Development in areas outside Protected area have been put on hold by forest Department. Roads, local housing, tourism, renewable energy projects Wind & Solar energy are permitted & encouraged in buffer & eco-sensitive zones but today are stopped by forest Department.

I have discovered method of humans farming in which all biodegradable material waste is used.Preparation of humas is simple and easy than compost.Very less space is required and it is best alternate of soil.In humas all types of flowers, vegeta- bled & plants can be grown there is no need of soil. This method I am using since eleven years. There is no need of chemical fertilizer, humas farming is more better than organic farming . This technology can make clean & green India

Zero pollution: Zero Emissions: Electric road transportation: Saving Global environment Invention by Indian won 2nd prize in IEEE ITEC-15 International conference and paper is published by SAE International worldwide Ref: papers.sae.org/2015-28-0069 METRO on ROAD but with rubber wheels. Electrification of public road transportation. All developed and other countries are looking for this technology. This need Govt coordination for successful operation.

sir dunia ka sabse bada sansadhan hai manav sansadhan.. north india me major university me bachho ko bas utni knowledge di jati hai ki bas vo exam pass kar sake.. unhe kuch karne ke liye prerit nahi kiya jata hai kyunki research ke nam pe koi facility nahi.. desh ki universities ki halat sudhari jaye kyunki jab manav sansadhan achha hoga to sari problem khud hi solve ho jayegi

4.Research need to be accelerated in order to produce low cost solar cells in order to harvest huge amount of untapped solar energy with storage.5.Promotion of private investment in wind farms especially in arid and coastal regions.6.Rejuvenation of the concept of Social forestry in order to increase the carbon sink.7.A new curricula need to be introduced.5. network of meteorological stations should be established in collaboration with all Universities.

I think that if it would be made compulsory for every student of all the classes greater then 7th to plant a tree on a particular day selected by the school itself atleast once a year for which some internal assesment as a cocarricular activity should be given to the student then it would lead to the plantation of lot of trees every year.Also if a specialist from the forest department can join them then the students might learn new ideas and techniques for plantation

In Mumbai, the absence of tree cover along with other factors has led to increased.Strict implementation of Air Pollution Control Act on industrial units 3.Methane emission from paddy fields is can be reduced through hybrid less water intensive paddy crops

credit should be given to those states who increase their forest land. likewise some provision should be there to incourage individual to plant tree. my brother planted so many trees in my village,near my home but forest department serve him notice for doing so. such episods discourage citizens to make earth green.
