For Election You could ask everyone to link their voter ID card with a UPI account. And on election day ask every one to pay 1 rupees to the parties UPI account created by the election commission In this way mostly the literate people will vote. Now for the people who haven't linked their UPI they have to vote on the only center of the district. This hectic way will encourage them to link their Voter ID card Sir I think with some more changes you may use this technique for election.

The only one request the nation wants right now is a complete lockdown. This cannot be stopped neither controlled if we don't have a lockdown now. I request the PM to take a decision to have a 30 days complete Lockdown in India. This will surely help decrease in 50% of cases in India. I hope you do it. Thank you.
