I have seen lot of divyaang people struggling to commute from one platform to other. Need to focus on this area. -Rest rooms need to be revamped with new style of auto flushing etc. -Kiosk to get the train tickets. -Auto Escalator for Senior citizens. -Security measures need to be up like airport. -Lets bring maximum services on mobile apps.

Really appreciate ur vision of digitalisation... hope to see development too in north east railway route specifically NDLS to NJP side.. It has been a long time .. I am not able to book normal ticket as its always in waiting .. and delay seems like quality of train of this route.. except Rajdhani which has obviously limited seats..

सर, गुजरात मे वापी से हु. वापी मे सूरत से दहाणु तक लोकल ट्रेन कम चल रही है. वलसाड से चलने वाली गुजरात क्वीन ट्रेन वापी चालू करवाओ आप. हम ये कितने हमारी माग पूरी नहीं हो रही है. हमे लोकल ट्रेन की शख्त जरूत है. कई लोकल मे खड़े रहने की जगह नहीं रहती है. हमे आशा है हमारी आप माग पूरी करेंगे.

सर,मैं यह जानना चाहता हूँ कि ट्रेन पर टिकट जाँच करने का अधिकार किसे है ? क्या ट्रेन पर मौजूद पुलिस को यह अधिकार है,यदि है भी तो क्या जब उनसे उनकी पहचान माँगा जाय तो वे दिखा नहीं सकते , बल्कि वे यात्री की पिटाई करने का अधिकार रखते है । सर यह गलत तरीका है ।

Respected sir,kindly we request you to take the issue of Goods Guards who are back bone of Indian Railways in running of trains are working in hazardious working conditions with four wheeler brake vans no food no water minimum basic amenities like no light and fan in brake vans so I request you to look into this matter and please reply on it

Respected sir sabse pahle corruption band karwaiye, irctc ne vigilance team chhod rakhi hai jo kahin bhi kisi bhi travel agent ko ja kar tang karti hai,surprise checking k nam par wo bhi jo proper certificate le kar kam kar rahe hai,unki sewa na karne par id black list ki mail aa jati hai. jabki log personal id se tkts bana kar moj kar rahe hai unke agaist koi action nahi hota kyunki unke yahan se inki pocket bhar di jati hai n unhe phir customer k sath muh mangi kimat milne ki chhoot milti hai
