Honorable sir, I would like to draw your kind attention towards the problem of Private teachers. The Private schools are exploiting the rights of teachers. The school don't pay proper salary. If we leave the issue as we try to manage our family in that salary which is paid by the schools any how. But the great problem we feel when the school terminats our services after few years on any issue with out gratuity payment. As the apex court has ordered to the schools to pay gratuity if any employee has completed 5 years. But the schools are still not ready to pay gratuity. I have worked in a school for 7 years but the school ( Uma DEVI CHILDREN'S ACADEMY GULAULI ROAD MOHAMMADI KHERI Uttar pradesh) terminated my services in covid 19 with out gratuity payment. I have made many attempts to get gratuity amount but failed. Please help me and other Private teachers so that they can survive their dependents. Please include this issue in your MAN KI BAAT . Sir NAMASKAR, I am Sumit Barua, I live in Agartala Tripura. My one request is not to do anything to my niece's Epileptic patients. I went to Agartala Disability Hospital to see the doctor and get a certificate. But the doctor did not give the certificate. If my niece or similar people who are Epileptic patients should be provided with a certificate from the disabled hospital. If so, then a monthly allowance will be arranged for him. My niece and her mother are undergoing treatment with a neurologist doctor for nerve problems. Cost a lot of money. If you start one in the country for epilepsy patients then it will be beneficial.

Hon’ble Sir, There have been around eight years since the coming into force of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, followed by gradual establishment of respective RERA authorities in states to bring in accountability and transparency in the country’s real estate market. But the Act has not served its purpose at all since builders do not obey or comply with orders passed by RERA authorities and district collectors too do not make it a point to ensure their implementation. For instance, 60 Recovery Certificates (RCs) issued to the homebuyers of Antriksh Sanskriti project on NH-24, Ghaziabad (over-delayed by 12 years) have not been executed even after several years of their issuance, compounding the miseries of poor, middle-class homebuyers. Kindly take steps to amend the RERA Act to make implementation of RERA orders binding on district collectors so that they ensure mandatory execution of RERA judgments and this landmark legislation does not lose its meaning. Now coming to my suggestion: please guide farmers to grow desi vegetables, because hybrid varieties are not tasty and donot contain any nutritional values. Also request you to please instruct the concerned departments to ensure that mangoes are ripened by natural process. From past few years mangoes are being ripened by carbide, which is causing health problems.
