Tenants’ and Property Issue My humble request is to kindly look into the matter – • Tenants take the flat/property, and then don’t pay rent and refuse to vacate the flat.

Forest Plantation and Water Solution • Dessert fog nets or fog fence or fog collector nets need to be build and placed on vacant land. These nets collect atmospheric moisture and convert it into huge litres of water, which can be regularly used for watering/ irrigating the lands. • These Lands/ grounds need to be planted with 24 hours oxygen producing neem and peepal trees.

Flood solution • Process: one or two story high building need to be constructed => water filtration unit / water cleaning plant to be built at height, so it is not affected by flood water => Reverse Boring Mechanism need to be deployed, to send flood water into grounds. • This may raise ground water levels & heavy damages to flood prone area may reduce, as water logging would not be there for long time.

Parali Burning / Stubble Burning • No proper disposable of parali leads into burning up the parali or clearing up the fields for new crop, resulting severe air pollution. • Keeping of moist parali in fields may result in growth of insects, rodents, rats, snake etc. • Process: Parali is cut via machines => send via trucks to => chopping machine to convert it into smaller pieces => then into the Dehydrator for drying moisture => transported to cow/animals farms as fodder/chara. • Now this chopped and dried parali can be stored or consumed within few months. • This may incur some cost to government, but if air pollution is concern, it might help.

Locust insect / Tiddee Swarm Solution • Crop smelling scent / perfume need to be developed. • A moving truck (to move with locust insect swarm) loaded with soundless generator and suction pipe (type of vacuum) => incinerator => disposable bag. • Process: crop smelling scent is sprayed via suction pipe => locust insect comes over it => get sucked in via vacuum => burned in the incinerator => then disposed off.

Respected Prime Minister of India , Subject : Need to change policies on contents of electoral manifesto and campaigning in Indian electoral system

Dear Prime Minister, I'm Bhaskar from Bengaluru. In the recently concluded assembly election in Karnataka, Congress party came to power on the basis of freebies promised to the people. This is a very irresponsible and dangerous act of political parties and need to be stopped with judicial intervention. You are well aware of the negative impacts of such freebies in the long run. I read the guidelines of Section 123 of RP Act related to the election manifestos, but shameless political parties are misusing it. I request you to bring change in the EC model code of conduct such that there should be some cap or limit on the financials which will cost the state exchequer while fulfilling the election manifesto freebies. Please reduce the working hours per week from 48 to 40. Also please make our labour laws mention clearly the jobs of white collar /desk job employees and also include those at managerial levels. Overtime should be within limits too. Please set a fixed notice period law. All this would greatly benefit the mental health of employees and also give them time to focus on their physical health. This would also also increase the leisure time consumer spending which will help our economy. For context you may look at the working hours and other labour laws in Germany and UK

Sir please stop squeezing the middle class. You will lose your own voters who are the honest tax paying citizens. TCS charge of 20% for all foreign transactions using any medium (credit/debit/UPI/Forex) without any limit relaxation is going to hurt the country, the govt and its reputation. These charges can only be claimed back after an year and adds to even more difficulty in process than the ITR already is. The inability to tax the bad actors in the MSME sector & Farmer class is being shown on the middle class to collect interest free money and use the interest & unclaimed TCS to disburse freebies. This will make foreign travel even harder for the middle class as they've to take ₹20 more for every ₹100. Please don't bring this change from July 1st or add any limit so that citizens can spend freely without worrying constantly.
