Respected PM Shri Narendra Modi Sir, I wish you to have a look at the matter pertaining to education. Sir, NEP-2020, ultimate crux is to give student a flexibility in education and central entity must be student's learning and skill-based education. At present our education system is asking student to select mathematics in standard 10, out of two options 1) Basic 2) Standard. Now those who go ahead with Basic they cannot pursue higher education in Engineering. So, we have restricted and being rigid from standard 10 itself. Further, after 12th Science, if student have studied biology, he/she cannot pursue engineering in field of his/her choice, rather we have fixed up the programmes. In this rather we should have appropriate provision of a bridge course and we should allow one to pursue the career as per his/her dream. Sir, why we are still offering an education in very restricted and rigid way. I hope you will look into and allow a flexible education for coming generations.

As per this date The University of Mumbai declaring my Dissertation Viva-Voce Marks 11 which are eligible pass-status Marks as minimum passing Marks required for passing are 09. On 05/02/2021 using assessment sheet of LL.M. SEM IV NOV. 2019 EXAMINATION the University of Mumbai declaring my Dissertation Viva-Voce Marks 08 ; 01 less than minimum marks required for passing i.e. 09. Thus University of Mumbai is doing injustice with me by making 'UNFAIR EVALUATION PRACTICES" sending my already passed out 87.5 % LL.M. degree into jeopardy. Thus,University of Mumbai is imposing "SUFFERINGS-IRRITATIONS AND HARDSHIPS " UPON ME ONLY CONTINUOUSLY AND CONSECUTIVELY IIIrd TIME IN ROW Since 2018 onwards. Total Injustice. Please do needful.

There are number of projects has been lined up, some are too old. Though government is keeping watch of the progress but some cases hands are tight due to undue demand of the affected people as in the case of Metro Rail in Kolkata. Local Govt is not helping to Central Govt as they are in opposition. It would be better if Govt make Ordinance that in no way project work should not be hampered and of course necessary compensation will be given. These projects will help the mass in long run which needs to be convinced to the affected people. Even the Chief secretary or Secretary of Urban Dept of local govt to be pulled in case work got affected.

account opening system for everyone is still not easy. so please make it easy also without making fun of anyone.

i suggest kindly explain Indian citizens how to use & which govt. portals help people if they facing problems in govt. department. many peoples facing easy work process problems in govt. department & get harassment due to rude, misbehave, arrogance & egoistic behaviour of govt. officiers. corruption is on peak heights in local govt. office but people dont know where they can raise there voice against this corrupted govt. departments people trust on you blindly & i wish they get to know how they can reach top authorities when local officials did anything wrong & this also help people to stop corruption in system. hope you understand the pain of normal citizen of india as on ground situation of corruption arrogance, ego, misbehavior, abusement & harassment of normal citizen is also a very serious & big problem in india. My native is from rajasthan so i understand what the people need there. If sushma swaraj will stand for the cm post then again bjp will lose in rajasthan.
