In Educational parlance, it's often discussed that a 33% scoring candidate is not on his own merit but is often brought to this cut off by the system. Under such scenario, the mandate of Essential Repeat for a 32% scoring candidate seems arbitrary . The students need to be provided a broader cushion and should be proceeding to next level with lateral provisions for improvement in the subjects where the performance is not considered appropriate. The arbitrary cut off shouldn't be the criteria for deciding the same and the decision of improvement/ change of the subject concerned should be the prerogative of the student concerned . Thus , a No Failure policy ,as suggested above , being in the spirit of NEP 2020 , would do much good than bad to the System by elemenating Malpractices, reducing stress , increasing learners' autonomy, saving precious years of a learners life & producing confidant and well informed learners .

Respected Modi sir, I just watched a short video in Punjabi language about four lane upcoming highway road from chandigarh to Manali. It is one of a well thought of project among many other infrastructure projects your esteemed Govt has done to make citizen’s life better. This project will also be a very helpful to the public in many ways like comfort and economically beneficial. It will promote tourism also in the region. My request to you is while opening this felicity to public kindly also make a point that there should also be strict norms for the users. If anyone found breaking any traffic rule and littering be prosecuted with fined/jailed or both. We all should respect our land by keeping it clean. When we go to Foriegn countries how come we all behave in a certain manner and don’t even dare to spit in public place and as we enter our own country we again started behaving like uncivilised people. We need national character in us. It’s citizen’s duty also to protect our land.
