R/Sir, Just seen RBI notification on withdrawal of Rs 2000 notes. Sir, if exchange is allowed, all black money could be easily exchanged and will remain untraceable. I had submitted many times this suggestion and also gave procedure for depositing the money in bank account with linkage to income as per ITR. A few points are given in the attached document for consideration please. Exchange of notes should not be allowed on cash counter. This will defeat the objective of detecting black money.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री साहब प्रणाम आशा करता हूँ की आप कुशल होंगे बीते 10-12 सालों मे छत्तीसगढ़ मे शिक्षा का स्तर निम्न का रहा हैं क्योंकि पहले प्राथमिक और मिडिल स्कूलों मे 5th -8th कक्षा की परीक्षा बोर्ड हुआ करती थी किन्तु अब बच्चो को बगैर पढ़ाये पास कर दिया जाता हैं आपसे आग्रह हैं की इस पर तर्क वितर्क करके संज्ञान ले इसे फिर से बोर्ड कक्षा मे शामिल करें क्योंकि नींव ठीक होती हैं तो बड़ी से बड़ी बिल्डिंग तैयार हो जाती हैं। कृपया इसमें धयान आकर्षित करें... बहुत - बहुत धन्यवाद।। 🙏🏻

Respected Sir Suggestion:- We personally feel that notes RS 500/-and RS 1000/- banned reason for not serving it's output in 2016 was the notes being exchanged by Bank manager without any problem and limit, manager easily exchange the money in crores for some commission. the same mistake the government is doing again, that's why we suggest that as allmost all the citizens have their jandhan account , so please make it mandatory to deposit the RS 2,000/- notes in their account first and then they can withdraw it's just our suggestion so that the government can have the real check on black money

Why don't you deposit all the exchanged 2000 curreny notes in their personal bank account instead giving cash to people. So india's digital currency will increase and also easy to track black money.
