On National Consumer Day I would like to draw attention to the importance of consumer rights and awareness once again and this time precisely on "food safety". Recently we have been witnessing so many posts on different social media platforms related to poor quality of or fakeness of packed food products or unhealthy processing of certain food items. This has raised concerns over our choosing of the product. As a consumer one can get confused as to what to trust and what not. Like the "digital warrior" and "fit India" initiatives if we have one authentic and authorized platform which gives us information on how to check the adulteration by ourselves, how and where to complain about poor quality, what should be the ideal dietary habits, which ingredients to be watched for, how much quantity of which product is safe to consume and so on. in order to be fit and healthy what all we consume play a major role and awareness about it is of prime importance.

In continuation to my previous message, But this guy took another month to reply, that too after me calling his P.A. & reminding him of the reply. But what did he replied finally? He replied that GRP Trishul concept is generic software so it cannot be implemented. He denied blindly. I was shocked!!! So, I replied saying that there would be misunderstanding & that GRP Trishul is a tailor made specific software. I replied it on November 14th. Today it is December 24th. Still he has not replied yet. If this only carries on, when will the actual implementation take place? See Modi.ji, In MNCs IT companies, if a person receives a mail, it will be attended at most within a week. Not more than that. And I am not talking about just a reply, but I am talking about complete response with action. If government machinery is only rusted with these lethargic Lords, how can you expect progress? My question is, at first, this guy did not understood what I meant by GRP only. Then how can he act?

In continuation to my previous message, But I did not lose my heart. I continued my efforts & called Mr. PV Bhat’s P.A., through the same old fashioned landline number which I got from Google. Then, after several repetitive calls, finally I got a call to go to NIC office & present my concept. I happily went to NIC office, some officials along with Mr. PV Bhat heard my presentation. Mr. Bhat told it was a good idea. But what made me astonished is that, he wanted me to give the completely developed software, instead of concept. In fact, he told that he had thought my concept as a fully developed software. He blindly told, it is difficult to implement this kind of software. But at last he said that it can be referred to a special committee which will be there from central govt where they will look into such kind of software. I was a bit satisfied on hearing this & I asked him to reply the same in the email chain.

Namaste Modi.ji, I would like to bring to your notice that, you alone only working hard is not sufficient for the progress of our country. Every government employee, PSUs Employee, Government organisations & Boards Employees, all ministries & their employees also should work hard. I will give you my example only. I had shared my worst experience in September month’s Mann Ki Baat Suggestion Discussion. You can go through it. Now, in continuation to that, after sending several repetitive mails & doing several repetitive Phone calls, Finally I got a response from IT ministry & they forwarded my request to develop & implement GRP Trishul Software to NIC. I thought now my problem will be solved. I would get a correct response. But I was wrong. I did not got any response from NIC. I only searched the old fashioned landline numbers & contacted them. After doing several repetitive calls & playing pass the ball game, finally the request was sent to Karnataka SIC Mr. P V Bhat.

Dear PM Modi Ji, I would request to review Tax Structure which is very necessary now days. Because there are so taxes now and in return we are not getting any services. I would humbly request you to ask FM Nirmala Sitaraman to give heavy tax relief to middle class earner. We are not able to save anything. FM is just increasing the tax in so many areas and coming up to get the tax from citizens pocket. Sometime I believe UPA government is far better than this government. Please Please think for middle class citizens. Because this government brought the idea of One tax One Nation but this is completely untrue it is like One Tax after so many hidden and unhidden tax.
