Hi Sir,
To avoid corruption and easy to use, can India start a new process for Death certificates?
Death Certificate:
1. The hospital / Doctor, / Police will add a record in the system regarding the death of the person. At the same time
they will scan Adhar and Pan card of the dead person and upload that to the system. Then these documents will be added to
shredder machine so that no one can misuse them.
2. This new record will be accessible from the local multiple corporation website.
3. The corporation will have its pre-planned document format for a Death certificate, where these details will be placed.
4. A person who want to download the Death certificate should create his login first using mobile number and Email id.
5. He should be able to download the Death certificate with OTP verification. This downloaded Death certificate
will have the municipal corporation symbol and the authentic signature of the officer.
(No human interaction is required)
