Honourable PMJi, 1) while applying/ updating aadhaar, PAN, ... forms are like First, middle, last name format. Those who use initials instead of above format face severe problems like wrong input aftermath corrections. it goes like chain. of a ID is changed other IDs must be changed. Please consider initials & name format also.

IGNOU has made most processes online, including admission and exam form submission, which reduces the need to visit centres and is very convenient. But there is no online facility to update a mobile number or email ID. Students must go to the regional centre, which is often far. In today’s digital era, this service should also be online. My humble request is that IGNOU provide this facility. Thank you.

Many government websites show helpline numbers, WhatsApp contacts, and email IDs, but many are invalid or unreachable. For example, the Bihar Citizen Service Portal shows a WhatsApp helpline that isn’t active. I am also attaching a screenshot showing this issue. Similar problems exist on many sites. My humble request is to update and ensure all official helplines and emails work properly for citizens. Thank you.
