सभी छावनी परिषदों को अमृत काल मे आज़ादी मिलने वाली थी जिसमे छावनी परिषदों को निकटवर्ती नगरीय निकाय में शामिल करने की प्रक्रिया सम्पूर्ण देश चल रही थी लेकिन अचानक चुनाव की घोषणा से उन लाखों छावनी निवासियों के सपनो को ठेस पहुँची है जिन्हें लग रहा था कि अब वे सभी योजनाओं का लाभ नगरीय निकाय में शामिल होने के पश्चयात ले पाएंगे । माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी छावनी परिषदों में होने वाले चुनाव को त्वरित रूप से रोकने की कृपा करें जिससे छावनी परिषद में गुलामी की मानसिकता के कानूनों से चलने वाली छावनी परिषदों को समाप्त किया जा सके ।

मा. प्रधानमंत्री जी, मैं स्वतन्त्र पत्रकार आपका ध्यान IGNOU की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ| जहाँ से हमारी दोनों बेटियां तथा बेटा शिक्षा ले रहा है| विश्वविद्यालय के नियमानुसार बच्चों को उनेक विषयवार अध्ययन केन्द्रों पर सप्ताह में एक बार परामर्श सत्र के माध्यम से गाइड अर्थात पढाया जाता है| बीते पांच वर्षों से कानपुर के अध्ययन केन्द्र पर हमारे बच्चों के विषय से सम्बन्धित एक भी परामर्श सत्र आयोजित नहीं हुआ| कोरोना काल में ऑनलाइन सत्र की बात कही गयी, उसमें बड़ी बेटी की एम् ए कक्षा के तो कुछ सत्र लगे लेकिन छोटी बेटी की बीए कक्षा का एक भी सत्र नहीं लगा| अब उसका तीसरा वर्ष जून में पूरा हो रहा है| जून में परीक्षा है परन्तु अभी तक कहीं कोई परामर्श सत्र नहीं लग रहा है| कई बार पत्र लिखे परन्तु जवाब नहीं मिला| अध्ययन केन्द्र वाले कहते हैं रीजनल सेंटर जाओ, उनको ईमेल rc.lucknow@ignou.ac.in पर बता रहे हैं लेकिन कोई जवाब नहीं आया| जो फोन नम्बर दिए गये हैं, वह उठते नहीं हैं यदि उठते भी हैं तो सही जानकारी नहीं मिलती| अधिकारीयों के CUG नहीं हैं| बच्चों के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ हो रहा है|

Pradhan Mantri ji, Please accept my sincere Namaskar. We are so proud of the wonderful achievements of out country under your leadership. I assume it is already known but still I want to highlight it. The request is related to Railway Ticket Bookings. The IRCTC technology needs a revamp. The IRCTC portal should allow passengers for seat selection. The current algorithm doesn't allow for that. Even bus booking platforms are able to give that service. We have to work on the tech side no doubt but it should not be a big thing to achieve. Please make efforts in that direction for the convenience of the passengers.
