Websiet should have dedicated forums. MOST IMPORTANTLY FARMERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO SELL ONLINE, DIRECTLY TO CONSUMERS/MARKETS.

First of all divide the states into different sectors depending upon the soil set-up experiments for different types of soil. Make farmers to form a communities and encourage them to buy the machinery needed and produce solar power by giving them large subsidies.

Collective farming is the need of hour;because larger farming machinaries in smaller fields are failure, due to their operating cost.Machinaries on rent from govt. needs better maintanance, and real dedicated drivers. A kiosk in each village shall inform about schedule of these machines and their availability. Most important of all "STOP the 100 day govt. work scheme"
