Step1: One Toilet to every street. S2: Funding from all private donors. S3: Cleaning it 2 times a day. S4: Sewage from it should be used for Bio-gas. S5: Water limited to flush. People will surely waste water. Strict measure should be implemented for water usage. S6: It should be of the size of only one person to enter to avoid any misuse or criminal activities. S7: Sewage tank should be emptied every night. S8: It should be Green in colour and if possible grow small plants around it...

I would recommend constructing common toilets for a group of poor families based on the number of family members and total population of the group. Form a group committee consisting of 10% of members of the group and they should be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness. Then form a monitoring committee comprising of the volunteers to check the condition of the toilets regularly and report to the administrative authority. The same can be applicable to both urban and rural areas.

"AWAKENING IS KEY FOR THIS LOCK" Problem can be divided into two parts-\ 1: Solution for Urban areas 2.Solution for Rural areas 1. In urban areas there should be some facilities should be given and some strictness to bringout. And people of particular area sholud be rewarded for thier sanitation. Remove the poor people to such place where thier life can be improved or give them shelter,where they are. 2.In villages where is no toilet,make public toilets for free for some time.

1. Make toilets are administered by service oriented.institutions only. 2. No money is to be collected from the public 3. The infrastructure must in 100%. Any shortfall, like lack water, poor quality in flooring, water pipes may spoil the entire system. 4. There must be social audit.Make the users to give their feedback. 5. Create awareness among the users to keep clean. 6. Bring corporates and other donors for funding the project.

1) Identify locations where a toilet needs to be built.Once a location is finalised, work should begin immediately. The use of the toilet should require NO money. 2) Awareness should be spread about the toilets built, urging the public to use them. 3) Janitors should be employed to look after all the toilets of a an area. They should visit and clean each toilet once every hour. 4) Special importance should be given to toilets near monuments,and heritage sites. Tourists should not be affected
