मेरीसरकार प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय (पीएमओ) के लिए मोबाइल ऐप के निर्माण/विकास के लिए एक प्रतियोगिता आयोजित कर रहा है।
प्रतियोगिता में केवल भारत के नागरिक ही भाग ले सकते हैं।
प्रतियोगिता को तीन चरणों में आयोजित किया जाएगा।
o पहला चरण - विचार प्रस्तुत करना,
o दूसरा चरण - वायरफ़्रेम विकास,
o तीसरा चरण - ऐप विकास
चरण 1 के लिए आप अपनी प्रविष्टि 23 मार्च 2015 को शाम 5:00 बजे तक भेज सकते हैं।
पुरस्कार
• विचार चरण (पहला चरण): निर्णायक मंडल द्वारा चयनित विचार को गूगल द्वारा एक एण्ड्रायड डिवाइस और मेरीसरकार से प्रशंसा प्रमाणपत्र दिया जाएगा।
• वायरफ़्रेम विकास चरण (द्वितीय चरण): चुनी हुई शीर्ष 5 टीमों को मेरीसरकार से प्रशंसा प्रमाणपत्र और मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन का निर्माण करने के लिए गूगल द्वारा परामर्श करने का अवसर प्राप्त होगा।
• अनुप्रयोग विकास चरण (तीसरा चरण): विजेता टीम को अमेरिका के लिए एक प्रायोजित यात्रा करने का मौका मिलेगा जहाँ वे गूगल डेवलपर्स (नियमों और शर्तों के अधीन) टीम से मिलेगें और इसके साथ मेरीसरकार द्वारा प्रशंसा प्रमाण पत्र दिया जाएगा।

1.1) All content and posts of activities of PM should have A HATS OFF BUTTON, A SALUTE BUTTON, A HEART ( LOVE) BUTTON besides a LIKE BUTTON.
The App should give information about Various projects running in the lowest level i.e from village level onwards. The App can give information about the current status of the projects,expenditure,executing agencies, time line for finishing the project, etc. In the app the executing body can update the information about the project and citizen can see the latest information and give the feedback about the projects.

#Interaction 1)The app must provide a facility to people especially youth to search for government jobs and start up opportunities according to their qualification. The person just have to fill the form in that app and according to this they will get notifications in their email and phone. This is really be helpful for our unemployed youth.
#interaction COMMENTS SECTION should be divided in TWO PARTS: PUBLIC FIGURES'/ CELEBRITIES' and COMMON MAN'S . One part should show comments and reactions of only public figures and celebrities like ministers, famous journalists, actors etc. This distinguished space for their comments will encourage public figures to open an account on the app and seeing them their followers will also open an account and be actively present on the app. Users should also be allowed to follow them and see their
THE APP SHOULD BE ACCESSIBLE TO ALL AND SHOULD BE MADE BY KEEPING IN RATE THE FUNCTIONALITY AND THE FEATURES.
MY SUGGESSTION FOR THE APP IS TO DIVIDE THE APP IN THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS:
1 LOGIN PANEL
2 ACCOUNCEMENTTS WHICH CAN BE PRINTED, BOOKMARKED OR LIKED AND SHARED
3.POLL WHERECITIZENS WOULD POLL ANFD REACH TO A RESULT ON A TOPIC.
4.PM'S VOICE WHERE ALL THE RECORDINGS OF MAAN KI BAAT AS WELL AS SPEECHES BY PM AND GALLERY WITH PMS PHOTOS AND MANY MORE
#interaction Since people of india are communicating the PM a national pooling system should be developed which will help the people to rate and vote to current most important task in india . we are talking #Bigdata here and app should be efficient to store and retrieve data

This app will contain diff govt sectors which will link to its website,under the sector grievances dialog box will be given if this will be helpful for the improvement of various rules & regulations,each grievances dialogbox will contain ratings,higher the rating of the comment,higher will be its ranking with the other grievances,the topmost will be sent to the govt committee for review and further improvements.List of imp offices contactno wilbe provided
The PMO app should have: Initiatives undertaken by the Gov for the above with status and next steps/upcoming topics. A "Charcha" section that allows Citizen contributions on key topics - polls/viewpoints - and ability for scheduled interactions with the PMO office for both smart phones (hangout video) and feature phones (audio podcast that will play when user gives a missed call to a toll-free number).
