मेरीसरकार प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय (पीएमओ) के लिए मोबाइल ऐप के निर्माण/विकास के लिए एक प्रतियोगिता आयोजित कर रहा है। प्रतियोगिता में केवल भारत के नागरिक ही भाग ले सकते हैं। प्रतियोगिता को तीन चरणों में आयोजित किया जाएगा। o पहला चरण - विचार प्रस्तुत करना, o दूसरा चरण - वायरफ़्रेम विकास, o तीसरा चरण - ऐप विकास चरण 1 के लिए आप अपनी प्रविष्टि 23 मार्च 2015 को शाम 5:00 बजे तक भेज सकते हैं। पुरस्कार • विचार चरण (पहला चरण): निर्णायक मंडल द्वारा चयनित विचार को गूगल द्वारा एक एण्ड्रायड डिवाइस और मेरीसरकार से प्रशंसा प्रमाणपत्र दिया जाएगा। • वायरफ़्रेम विकास चरण (द्वितीय चरण): चुनी हुई शीर्ष 5 टीमों को मेरीसरकार से प्रशंसा प्रमाणपत्र और मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन का निर्माण करने के लिए गूगल द्वारा परामर्श करने का अवसर प्राप्त होगा। • अनुप्रयोग विकास चरण (तीसरा चरण): विजेता टीम को अमेरिका के लिए एक प्रायोजित यात्रा करने का मौका मिलेगा जहाँ वे गूगल डेवलपर्स (नियमों और शर्तों के अधीन) टीम से मिलेगें और इसके साथ मेरीसरकार द्वारा प्रशंसा प्रमाण पत्र दिया जाएगा। अधिक जानकारी यहाँ से प्राप्त करें: भागीदारी के लिए प्रक्रिया नियम एंव शर्ते पीएमओ ऐप संबंधी सुझाव प्रस्तुत करने हेतु वर्ग मोबाइल एप प्रतियोगिता - पूछे जाने वाले सामान्य प्रश्न

App should enebale us to share image with location . so that if citizen can share image about any thing happening wrong with its current location using Smartphone GPS . App should have contact of all the govt offices , hospitals , police station in near vicinity . Whenever user wants this info he can give its gps info and these information can be provided to it . App should allow user to share vedio like vedio of any rash driving with vehicle number or any incident or sting operation .

#Information The following information should be available in the app. (*) The following information about the prime minister and all union ministers - name, portfolio, list of assets (*) List of projects undertaken by the GoI - their status (planned/in progress/completed) and their budgets. (*) The pre-election manifesto of the political party in power and status update of every point specified in the manifesto. (*) Links to archives of previous public speeches of all Union ministers

#Interaction will give deep engagement of PM with People. People directly post their issues and authorized person can answer as well as circulate notice/information to people. Women Interaction Cell - Respond to problems faced by working women, handle it secretly. #Information of right ie.RTI sharing with app users. Projects driven by govt. all over India and into their area(using location sharing). #Broadcast Disease Surveillance, Project announcement, share Mann ki baat,etc.

#Interaction : Our app idea mainly focuses on the ‘Interaction’ between PMO and common people. Considering that PMO will not have to go through all the queries which people post, so we have focused on building a Message Filtering Mechanism powered by the vote of people on the app. This mechanism works on basic element of Voting- Up Vote and Down Vote. Each question can have 3 parts: • Question or Suggestions • Discussion • Answer by PMO i am attaching the detailed design in PDF file:

#interaction Recognize good citizens: Any person can nominate people who is serving the community without any financial gain(free)We can vote/like. These people are not talked in the media since they do not advertise themselves nor do they have money to it.Example: 1>33 Girls Orphaned by 2004 tsunami are empowered to play football for national team 2>Educate and teach people on Healthy eating 3>Group of women empowering pregnant women on child birth 4>Ancient wisdom shared by old people

#information detail information about the governmental running schemes for the citizens so that people get the actual benefits of that schemes...details of the ongoing project and schemes status and their progress of the governments of the different ministries and place for the impact of the different project like swach bharat ,digital india and so on..#interaction there should place for group discussion on the policies implemanted by the ministries....and place where people can vote on policies

#interaction 1> Spread Positive Ideas: People can take an idea like self sustaining house, organic gardening, in house solar power creation etc implement it … Take a video and post the link in the interaction section. Every one can like/ vote. PM can also like the video and motivate people. 2>Live Decision making poll: Explain the problem statement. Provide the facts both good and bad and let people vote for the decision.
