For Agriculture 1. Agriculture product specially cash crop should be encouraged by way of providing direct marketing through government agency from each district so that young generation can have attraction in agriculture. As on today , as per current economic condition of farmers no body from new generation wish to adopt the profession of farmers . Government should guarantee a minimum price for each agriculture product on the production of certain level like on sale of 5 TON additional Rs10kg

increase aquaculture production in coastal areas. Just by focusing on roads and electricity connectivity we can enhance aquaculture production. This in turn will create a lot more jobs in the labour intensive aquaculture processing sector. It also earns a lot of foreign exchange. To further enhance exports aquauculture producing areas should be made open defecation free. This will ensure that our exports are not rejected due to Salmonella. Executing cage culture in government reservoirs.

In India there are several government banks which are almost use less One of these is Central Co-operative Bank Punjab. In all branches of this bank every person in the staff is alcoholic .Now in these days there is a huge amount of fake currency of RS 500 and Rs 1000 in this bank branches. .way of dealing with people is very harsh. In the evening all the employs drink alcohol in the bank branch. Its very shame full. So,In my opinion there is no need of such type of banks in India.

One major problems in agriculture loan subsidy is that undeserving farmers (who have enough or more than enough money ) get benefits of this scheme by paying bribes to bank officers but the really poor farmers don't get loan as they don't have money to pay bank officers. And the undeserving farmers land this loan to the the poor farmers at high rate about 18% to 24% and pay banks only 4%,so this is a big problems in Rajasthan as I observed.

Most of the youth force around Indian villages are unemployed and hence they can be used as a cheapest workforce in manufacturing sector. Therefore manufacturing sector must be permitted around villages only. then it can give tough competition to China.Do not permit industry to grow around urban center, the growth of industry must be linked with the unemployed youths of the villages.

In Rajasthan's Sikar district there is a need of cold storage for onions,so that farmers can get good returns. Without this facility they have to sell it at the rate of 1 or 2 rs/kg and merchant sell it at the price of 50 to 100 rs in peak season, and they block supply for increase halt in supply.By this govt know the exact stock data and farmers will get good returns.
