In addition to Make in India, service sector needs to be looked into rendering world class after sales, operation and maintenance services so as to offer life cycle concept. Our skilled services sector will be a resource for foreign exchange generation for offering quality skilled services to the world, quality skilled manpower to the world, generate entrepreneurship and employment opportunities for the youth.

Our farmers are backbone of our country. Lets revolutionize the agricultural sector as well. We have lot of agricultural institutes and national research centres to come out with ways and means to increase organic agriculture and harvest, food storage and processing plants, animal health, save on subsidy spent on fertilizer, healthy youth, save on medical health expenditures, resourceful, abundant and resurgent India.

We have already undertaken manufacturing a product that was till date imported. Our stiffest competition is still from China and it is important like the Chinese government we have policies in place that help such manufacturing endeavours by Indian SSI units. For example this product is used in the Indian Railways and five year clauses for Indian producers should be removed for products that have thusfar not been manufactured in India, of course after adhering to all quality norms.

Revamp the drug development and clinical research area teaching. The institutes needs proper curriculum and faculty. This area is growing exponentially but lacks trained manpower. The current courses are inadequate. The government can work together with companies like Tata Consultancy, Cognizant, Accenture, Quintiles, paraxel etc who together employ at least 10 to 15 thousand and this has occurred in the last 10 years. Due to lack of trained staff the area is limited to low end work.

We must promote co-operative movement by empowering rural youth without any interference by political persons in such coop societies. We need to promote international tourism in our local villages such as Agri tourism, medical tourism, home stay & local food for tourists, handicrafts, Adventure sports tourism in local villages. All this are not caapital intensive also. Use local resources as it is & keep cleanliness, Good food perhaps local food, rural peopels educationetc are required.
