In my view, sunset industries like jute industries,if we can swap this sunset industries by sunrise industries like plastic,IT,petrochemicals then we don't have to face the land acquisition problem,and also the company who wants to setup there plant,they also get a best position in city area.

introduce more industrial parks where security should be first and basic infrastructure also

make a secure environment for industries in all sectors

God gave us good farming land with natural resource like water,fertile,different type of soil,weather and also skilled youthful manpower ,big market(population ) but we collectively fail to utilise everything and run towards selfish individualism now the time to change our attitude towards our country by means of contribute ideas,expertise etc. here I started one by one towards job creation.today I start sharing my views on agriculture.

The major thing that we need to boost job creation is to focus on increasing the manufacturing plants in India.The govt. policy should be such that NRI or the Indians can be motivated to establish there manufacturing plant in India itself.Being from IT sales, i knew many importers in New delhi, importing material from china if that material can be manufactured in our country itself it will provide more job opportunities and better quality will be served to our people.

India can create more jobs in agriculture sector, By connecting major whole market(Vegatable,fruits,oil market) with major metro(food consuming market) through railway networks like introducing AC-Wagon(to transport vegetables,fruits to other area). Currently this wholesale veg,fruits,oil,grain market -town place doesn't have proper storage, doesn't have railway link, there are wholly depend on lorries to transport. It will give balance the supply-chain in food sector and generate the more jobs.

Make coastal area safe by having a coast guard ship at sensitive places like coastal areas of Tamilnadu so that more fisherman will go for fishing.India has a vast coastal area and if the Fisheries department is developed a huge population can have job opportunities. Explore the oceans and try to create more opportunities.This will be beneficial for the people and the country in the long run.

Unused farm lands are present all over India . Plan to install wind mills by private sectors , planting trees that does not need much water etc, so that both the lands can be used and more job opportunities can be achieved . Plan to construct more dams all over India so that agriculture sector will develop creating more opportunities. Also drinking water scarcity can be avoided . ALSO PLAN TO LINK RIVERS ALL OVER INDIA

Yoga trainers and classes –start Yoga courses in schools and colleges .Say Bachelor of yoga . Those who get graduation in Yoga can start yoga classes or become teachers ,consultants etc .Also there will be more need in other countries . Our students will get opportunities both inside our country and outside . Yoga will improve the health , increase the working potential of our people .
