2. The city should be self-sufficient when it comes to food & energy; The city has to avoid fossil fuels; The city has to be about people & dynamism. There has to be room for spontaneity. Culture has to be everywhere. A city without culture is a dead city. The core emphasis will be the streets - the arteries of a healthy city. Instead of mere transportation, the streets will focus on happiness, connections & sparks.

1. Intergrated Multi-modal transport: The city would have no cars or buses. The city would be built longitudinal with underground trains running end to end (sort of Manhattan shaped). Recycling and Reduction of water: The city should recycle all water (from rainwater to drainage from homes). Cultural elements: The city would be divided into 100 parts and finer details of each part would be designed by an architect from a different culture.

We should for Water quality monitoring of the water supplied for various purposes and through monitoring of treatment system designed for them and it could be used for recharging ground water through horticulture by developing grrenbelt. The renewable sources of energy should be designed at top of each building and low electrical appliances can be run through them. The provision of daylight usage inside residential areas in daytime is the best suited 4 this with zero electrical consumption.
