Very fundamental necessity for every city is to be clean and our hon. PM have kicked up cleanliness drive in entire country but unfortunately its effect is not on ground because there is lack of resources to the municipalities . For cleanliness very first the number of workers should be available as per the population, atleast 1 to the population of 500 people, second some technologies shoud be adopted for clwanliness and third rhere should be proper mechanism of garbage disposal.

If smart cards are difficult, even than city government office can be made paperless office. They can make their own website, where people can access and enter their details and request for any kind of certificate or approval on documents. Using this bribe in government office can be controlled. Respective certificate or files can be sent by post or they can personally collect whichever they prefer. This will be helpful for common man who goes to office.
