Civil engineering being a major field contributing towards infrastructural development of nation is considered as low profile in terms of the salaries, facilities and job opportunities which are available througout the country. There are no early career programmes in industry like other countries which would help the fresher community to get relevant job experience and will help them to achieve further career growth. Similarly the hiring criteria of the companies is stringent and there is a situation in country where every single company recognizes candidates base upon marks and not on his competence, his hardwork and loyal attitude. I sincerely request you to discuss this issue with the authorities involved in civil engineering sector to solve the problems
