Maternity leave with pay should be optional for employers as it is a choice of a woman whether she wants to have a child or not. Moreover, it burdens the employers to pay for the period an employee is absent from work in addition to the cost of hiring and training a new employee to fulfill the role. Such a mandate will discourage employers to hire women of fertile age not to mention the discouragement young entrepreneurs would face to start new ventures when burdened with such legalities. This could negatively affect the Make in India initiative.

Dear Prime Minister Narendra Modiji, I am a retired Army Officer. I found Celebrations of our Independence Day and Republic Day in Army is not that good. National Flag is hoisted in Quarter Guard only by the guards present. Neither Commanding Officer nor unit jawans participate in National Flag hoisting. I suggest that the Flag Hoisting Ceremony should be attended by All Officers and Jawans of the Unit. Sweets should be distributed to all present in the Ceremony. Second suggestion is, National Flag should be hoisted daily along with the Regiment Flag. At present only Flag of the Regiment is hoisted daily. Third suggestion, National Flag should be hoisted daily at all Army , Navy and Air Force Establishments and also Police and Para Military Establishments. These practices shall ignite patriotic thoughts in the general public.

Respected PM of India, The GoI may introduce National Eligibility Exam for aspirants of Management ,Business, Administration instead of various CAT MAT and other exams. The achieved score also utilise for admission into Open University courses if any candidate desires so
