Dear Honourable Prime Minister Modiji, You have achieved great things for Bhaarat in your tenure to date, and I am sure even more progress is on it's way. However I have the following concern, which may be being addressed in the background, but certainly requires attention: Refinement of the judicial system, so that every national from any walk of life, rich or poor can be protected adequately against any sort of crime, but more significantly serious crime. At present if the perpetrators are rich, they are able to buy time through bail, find excuses to miss court dates, and are generally able to carry on with their lives normally, yet the victim suffers often silently, for months and years on end. I understand this is not an idea, but I am using this forum to raise this important issue because 'Justice delayed is justice denied' and when justice is denied people loose hope in the system, also allows perpetrators to repeat their crimes. Honorable Prime Minister Sir, the extent of corruption in some civil servants of our India is at its peak. In such a situation, at present you are promoting information technology which is very beneficial for the general public, you should start an integrated citizen information website for information about the income and expenditure of every government department and government-aided institutions of India, through which The public can get information about the works and expenses of the said departments, the government should upload the same information on the website which is worthy of disclosure of public interest, if there is any scam in the information, then the public can complain to the government, this is a big deal. It will be beneficial that at present the difficulties that people are facing to get the right to information will be automatically found through the website www.egramswaraj.gov.in issued by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Government of India.

Sir, technically in the institutions/ organization, the appointment of Chief Vigilance Officer are made by the Ministry concerned. It seems that despite the disinvestment by GOI from Cooperatives produce & market Urea, Deptt of Fertilizers still has administrative control over them, but on the other hand No Chief Vigilance Officer has been appointed in Cooperatives by Deptt of Fertilizers. Sir, if it is not so, then Ministry of Cooperation needs to take decision in Public and Nation interest.

We are using plastic bags and plastic in daily routine life. Sir this plastic is very dangerous in coming days of life.
