For any city to be smart there is need of smart waste management...as we all have experienced that in indian railways coaches it is written do not litter outside but at the same time there is no dustbin in the coaches

FREE EDUCATION SHOULD BE PROVIDED TILL STD 10 TO EACH CHILD IN THE CITY BY GOVERNMENT.

Proper Sewage Management so that the City is kept neat and clean. Also the sewage water can be recycled and used for irrigation of farms around the city. This would help in the reducing the burden on rivers to provide water for farming. This would help provide water to farms even during droughts.
