Bilaspur Smart City Talk

As per the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Urban Development for smart city challenge, the third Stakeholder/Citizen consultation meeting is being organized by Bilaspur Municipal Corporation on 1/11/2015. The meeting will start at 4:00pm at Lal Bahadur Shastri School, Dikshit Sabha Bhavan.

Discussion on the options of Pan city and Area Development projects will be carried out during the talk show.

The meeting will be headed by Member of Parliament (C.G.) Mr. Lakhan Lal Sahu, in the presence of Mayor Bilaspur Mr. Kishor Rai, Municipal Commissioner Mrs. Ranu Sahu. Members of Laghu Udyog Sangh, Merchant Association, Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club and Lions Club will also be present in the talk show.

maintain the system of government schools because in government schools almost students are from rural area and also their parents are not educated so teachers are not teach them properly and not care about students therefore students not get perfect education and knowledge

having the arpa river in its centre bilaspur already has the boon of natural beauty. the river front should be developed as the most beautiful and happening place of the state to act commercial and real estate investmente. also high rise buildings should be built on the banks of river so that the the view of the river acts offices of big companies increasing the economy overall.

since all the state of the art educational institutions like iim, hnlu, iiit, nit etc. have been provided to raipur. bilaspur should be developed as the IT and industrial hub. also due to these institutions, startups are coming up fast. so bilaspur should provide an incubation centre and a startup village. bilaspur already has great talent and the high standard of living as compared to other cities of the state.

ity needs conventional method sewer treatment plants which produced water for all domestic needs including drinking. Imagine if such small plants are set up in every colony of Bilaspur, there will be no need for laying down huge sewer and water pipelines or setting up huge sewage treatment plant
