1.Reduce the retirement age from 60 to 58.
2.Remove reemployment and extension type policies.
3.Conduct fair selection process as lots of bogus teachers are coming in mainframe.
By reducing age you can inject young blood by removing stagnated, frustrated,saturated finished teachers.
4.Make promotion on time as it produces frustration.Teacher does not take pain if he is in promotion line and not getting.
5.Good seminar programs should be organised.

We should have National Board Certification n in diff States for School n College teachers to maintain uniformity and standard with compulsory Continued Professional Education(CPE)hours per year. But no Reservations in these, please!
