in india teachers need to be good mentor...teachers need to updated with technology change. Teachers need to focus on research instead of only book knowledge.

in the last govt many unemployed but very talented people all over the country were neglected due to various wrong policies by the then govt, now is a time for your govt to give them an opportunity to serve the nation by imparting their knowledge to one and all, pls bring out a plan or a platform to those people who are above 40(unemployed but very talented) practically to teach the younger generation the basics like technical skills etc,in various fields which in turn help for MAKE IN INDIA

Make it mandatory for lectures to be recorded at Universities. The thought that they could be ridiculed and shamed later for teaching crap will psychologically force lecturers to deliver better in front of students and thus improve the quality of education.

Teacher must be provided with microphone so that they dont get tired in shouting. secondly there should be a mechanism where students are encouraged to teach fellow students
