my own experience I want a fiber optic connection at my village .that's why I went a bsnl office at Kundapura Udupi district.he is not responding when I book a connection in online 6 months back till now I didn't get a connection.And our bsnl coustomer care don't care anything this is the situation of our proud bsnl officers work I appreciate them because they are go backing 1947 work style.I am not blaming any one just blaming our corrupted officer and system if I hurts any one sorry

My suggestion is regarding streamlining of competitive examinations. Some of the exams have already been merged and streamlined. There is a need to streamline more exams. With the current system it is very difficult for the students to shift from one exam to another if they are unable to crack any particular exam. Streamlining of the exams is required so that every candidate has multiple options.

India has mastered the technology to send objects to mars orbit but haven't mastered the technology to build good roads. There should be a country wide standard for the quality of roads.
