1. हिंसात्मक विरोध प्रदर्शन के खिलाफ भी संसद में बिल पारित किया जाये और प्रदर्शन के दौरान हुई छति प्रदर्शनकारियों से वसूली जाये और साथ ही उन पर कड़ी कार्यवाही की जाये. 2. सदन में बिल पेश करने से पहले उस बिल के बारे में व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार किया जाये. आम जनता को यह बताया जाये कि इस बिल से देश का क्या फायदा है? उसके लिए रेडिओ, टीवी, समाचार पत्र और सोशल मीडिआ में प्रचार किया जाये, जिससे विरोध भामक प्रचार न कर सके.
