Sir I think the look and feel of most of the goverment websites must be updated as they look very old and also most of them are not very user friendly.I have observed that most of the goverment websites have very less usability and people just feel like when thir work will done on website and when they will leave it.This is also due to irritative experiences on the website as most of the options are located not at correct places and people keep on finding it.

One can notice that after every monsoon most of the roads are not motorable due to damage.
