I want to share my view point that the main cause of rising corruption trend in India despite all out efforts to curb by your Govt, is/can be due to imposition of riders after riders in functioning of the system which enhances discretionary powers of the officers and finally resulting in corruption and harassment of the citizens, whereas everything perculates very cleanly and timely from the Govt and thus system needs revamping.
