Sir Our country's economy is our chief concern now. We should now concentrate on two aspects 1) to lessen the financial burden and 2) employment generation for our youth. To lessen financial burden We can prepare the list of Government Employees who are completing/have completed 20 years of service by 31st March 2021. These employees can be offered a lucrative package along with pension and can be encouraged to take VRS. To generate employment, existing vacancies can be filled up by freshers.
