Can spitting in public places be made a criminal offence, or can not those chewing paan, gutkha, carry small box for spitting and then properly disposing it. Thankyou.

Respected Sir , I, Dr. Sourav Biswas as a dentist have designed a plan for the improvement of the dental gadgets so that dentists can treat their patients without aerosol production in a faster, efficient, cleaner way and also save the patients from burdens of huge expenditures which is a great problem for both patients and dentists. I am also eager to see that day when we the Indians can produce more efficient and cleaner dental devices with very less noise and free from aerosols.
