Dear Sir IAS system should be bifurcated between IAS (Administration) and IAS (Finance) for better administration and management of Government finance. BA is looking after and managing Government finance having no knowledge of accounts and finance thus tremendous leakage and loss of money to Government. As company is having CAs /MBA as finance professionals, Government should also change the old system when economy was very small.

Respected PM Some persons are getting handsome pension without doing any work at cost of taxpayer money. They are doing jobs, business and earning huge income from other sources as well at cost of unemployed people. Some are frequent visitors to foreign country and getting pension and perks in foreign country also.
