Respected Sir, Caste prejudice/bias is a major problem. In order to eliminate or reduce it might be helpful if we Indians give up use of caste indicating surname. Instead use only name. On your appeal lacs of Indians gave up gas subsidy. Like wise if you consider to make appeal to citizens to give up use of caste related surname it is likely to go a long way in this direction.
