Sir, Online education has became mandatory post COVID Pandemic. Few online education companies like BYJUS are cheating innocent parents by charging more than ₹ 1 Lakh for 5 yrs period stating it as a online product and not allowing refund to discontinue. However, DIKSHA educational App is completely free. Therefore all online education products should come under Services category of Govt where amount will be charged for period of services provided and balance amount to be refunded to parents.
