We must make Indian Railways a Model Organisation.Discipline,Punctuality,Etiquette,Customer Care.Cleanliness and Hygeine must be the focus areas. My complaint lodged at Howrah Station on 18th Dec.2018 is still not responded regard to Stale Food and poor response from Dy.Station Master in the evening of that day. Once during the evening time a railway official had put down the backrest seat for his lying down.I had to prevail upon him to lift the seat as there was still lot of time left .

My suggestion is regarding privatization of public entities. Nowadays government is focusing on privatising many Navratna companies like BPCL etc and other major sectors like IRCTC which is good. I think that as a regular democracy it is hard to manage any govt entity because of different political policies. Privatization of these things can give govt an ample amount of time to focus on major problems like food scarcity, edu etc. But govt should not privatise education and health sector.

Good evening Sir and everybody reading this comment. We purchase 2 litres of milk every alternate day. And one day, as every other day, we sat down to drink coffee. It smelled foul. One sip and we knew it tasted like 'kerosene'. It has happened quite a few times over the past 2 weeks. My mother pointed out that it was always 'Mother Dairy's Cow Milk'. Could you kindly address this issue in the form of a warning to dealers and institutions related to the Food Industry. Thank you.
