नमस्कार सर, 27जुलाई 2019को cib की मीटिंग हुई जिसमे यह फैसला लिया गया की एम्स की आगामी भर्तिया 80:20(female:male)के ratio से होगी ,इसके तहत हाल ही मे दिल्ली एम्स ने नर्सिंग की एक combined aiims vaccancy निकाली है जिसमे की 80%सीट फीमेल के लिए और केवल 20% सीट मेल के लिए रखी गई है ,यह मेल नर्सेस के लिए अन्याय है ,और सीधा सीधा समानता के अधिकार का उल्घन है ,इससे मेल नर्सेस के लिए अवसर खत्म हो रहे है और हम बहुत बड़े  मानसिक रूप से तनाव से घिरे जा रहे है .

Govt and Companies are showing a deep awareness & understanding of it, with a view to build a sustainable society in which recycling is norm. " In India, costly recyclable items are going in land fillings, garbage, burning in boilers by large industries hence Govt should draw policy to atract recycling. Waste Tyres is petro product, recycling tyres to get Rubber, Steel will help lot in reducing imports and help environment.
