Dear Prime Minister Lets make our security forces more PRODUCTIVE as follows; 1) Introduce dual majors at NDA level whereby there will be option for the successful NDA cadet to work in CIVILIAN industry based on second major of his liking and will be available for security/disaster management 2) Get aptitude test conducted for existing JAWANS (age below 55) and train them in their area of interest and let them get hired by CIVILIAN industry GDP growth with such value added ideas
