Entire fund is blocked by HPC by non payment of dues. Natural calamity, gauge conversion and mismanagement in paper sale was not their fault. Hello Sir, I have seen there are almost 40% voters will not vote because the main reason is whitelist public does not have a enough time to go for vote because 40% public is either travelling(out of station) or do not want to go in long line to give the vote and government will loose the valuable votes. I would suggest to make a smart phone app or provide a online voting system where public can vote. also need to keep the current vote system because some people are not educated.#MyGov,#AIR
