RERA except Maharastra proved to be a useless exercise which could not safeguards the interest of home buyers. PM should appeal to the people to take the various schemes of Govt. for poor and needy people, specially in respect to health care, free or token rate medicine available in specific medical, surgery of heart stent, knee, etc.. the rate of materials are fixed very low, hence, it is affordable to people, further, insurance benefit of rs. 5 lacs per year for health is the historical scheme to benefit the poor and needy,best wishes

Dear sir, Please address all the men right from young boy to old aged men how to treat a girl child to old lady. Daily only rape cases (minor to old lady) were covered by media & responsibility is fixed on either the CM or PM. People tend to forget their role, media forgets its role.
