Dear Sir, Thousands of individuals who have recovered from mental illness are still languishing in many mental hospitals in very poor living conditions. It is inhuman. Please talk about steps to be taken to provide them more dignified lives. Even in jails, many individuals with mental illness are living without proper treatment. Kindly address this issue. Dear PM It would be great if college and school students can do 2018 summer internships with innovative farmers and foresters and learn good organic practices with them, know about water conservation and also help farmers in farm/forest activities. Science students are going to labs for internships so why cant they go to farmers lands and forest farms which are earth laboratories? A rural perspective on waste management, recycling can also be learnt.Plz ask MHRD to formulate such programs.

Sri.Modiji, please consider this suggestion regarding ATMs.if ATMs are to be used by common people with less income, ATms should give lower currencies not 2000 and 500 notes.People should use cheque or card for paying higher amounts.The amount that can be taken from Atms can be limited to Rs.4000 in 100 rupees and 50 rupees. what we require for day to day expenses are not high denominations. this will also limit the high value notes. Modiji! On every year we are spending huge sum of crores towards flood and drought relief.Tamilnadu & Karnataka fighting for cauvery for more than 50 years. Please link all Indian rivers on a war-foot basis by using funds towards flood and drought relief. Earlier I suggested implementing nation-wide single accounting software duly connecting all Indian govt departments and banks functioning through internet so as to arrest tax evading. Please do the above immediately if you really love India.

Mr modi Please make it illegal to hold and circulate videos of rape and child porn. Please create an enforcement agency who will confiscate and jail holders of such videos.
