Sir, we hear many unaided private schools are getting closed throughout the country as they are not able to implement RTE provisions. Can you please address why in your opinion RTE is a good law. And if it is a good law why the same is not applicable to minority run education institutions. You spoke about minimum government and maximum governance, can you please explain how RTE which is imposing government machinery on private run schools is minimum government?
