Dear Modiji, Right time to talk about water conservation. Please share your thoughts about "RAIN WATER HARVESTING". SUGGESTION... Consider making RAINWATER HARVESTING compulsory for all projects under Pradhan Mantri Avaas Yojana. Also for proper maintenance of system need to create awareness. If our aim is to provde house to all families. This means there will be millions of houses built in next 3-5 years. This will occupy lots of land , trees would be cut. They will need drinking water.
